1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly — usually within 5-7 business days.


2. 1-Year Warranty Coverage

All Narwal products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional or mechanical failures under normal use
  • Malfunctions not caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

If your product stops working within this period, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.


3. Our Fault? No Questions Asked.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’ll replace it immediately, no questions asked.
We’ll even cover all return shipping costs.

Simply email us with photos or a short description of the issue at support@narwal.com, and our team will take care of everything for you.


4. How to Start a Return or Replacement

1️⃣ Email support@narwal.com with your order number and issue details.
2️⃣ Our team will review your case and send you a pre-paid return label (if applicable).
3️⃣ Once we receive the product, we’ll issue a refund or replacement right away.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of excessive wear or intentional damage.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications may void the warranty.


6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
If you haven’t received your refund after that period, please check with your bank or card issuer — processing times may vary.
