Due to higher-than-expected demand, standard delivery currently takes between 7–10 business days depending on your location.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (recommended if you’d like your order sooner)
Delivery times may vary based on your region, local courier delays, or customs clearance.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and live status link.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and delivery method selected.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged — contact us immediately.
We’ll resolve the issue or send a replacement at no cost if it’s our fault.
